Project Overview
MC&I painted, designed, manufactured, and installed the RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System on a welded fire protection storage tank for the Berks County Industrial Development Authority located in Bethel, PA.
The fire protection storage tank was a 60′ diameter x 32′ high welded tank. The storage tank insulation project was completed in September 2011.
The water storage tank was shop primed. The tank paint coating work consisted of interior and exterior painting using Sherwin Williams paint products on the storage tank and tank accessories. Exterior paint was custom tinted to Fawn color.
The RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System consisted of 0.024 stucco-embossed aluminum metal jacketing, in Fawn color, laminated to 2″ of polyisocyanurate insulation board. (R-value of 13.1), using a radial roof panel system.
