Project Overview – Heaven Hill Distillery
MC&I designed, manufactured and installed the RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Panel Insulation System on a welded fire protection tank located in Bardstown, KY, at Heaven Hill Distillery.
The tank was utilized as a fire protection tank at the distillery.
The tank was a 42′ in diameter x 32′ in height, welded tank. The project was completed on October 24, 2013.
The RIDGLOK® Standing Seam Panel Insulated System consisted of 0.024 stucco-embossed aluminum metal jacketing, in black color, laminated to 1.5″ of polyisocyanurate insulation board. (R-value of 9.6), using a straight roof system.
