Project Summary:
This RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Panel Insulation System was installed on a bolted tank for Great River Energy located in Jamestown, ND.
The tank was utilized to hold demineralized water for a power plant.
The tank was a 41.59’ diameter x 32.24’ high chimed bolted tank. The project was completed on 2/27/2015.
Additionally, 2 previous storage tanks were insulated with RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulation System in 2011 at this same facility.

The RIDGLOK® Insulated Panel System consisted of 0.024 stucco-embossed aluminum metal jacketing, in Fawn color laminated to 3” of polyisocyanurate insulation board (R-value of 20.3) on the shell and 2” of polyisocyanurate insulation board (R-value of 13.1) for the roof using a straight design roof system.
