CountryMark is an American-owned oil exploration, production, refining, and marketing company. The company’s complete line of premium quality liquid fuels begins with light, sweet American crude oil brought in from Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. This 100% American crude oil is refined to the highest specifications at the CountryMark refinery in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. Fuel quality is protected as it travels north along a 238-mile private pipeline. State-of-the-art blending technology at each CountryMark fuel terminal ensures that biodiesel and ethanol-blended fuels are formulated for optimal driving performance and winter operability.

This RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Panel Insulation System was installed on a storage tank for CountryMark located in Mt. Vernon, IN.

Despite minimal working space around the tank and multiple protrusions, the project was completed on September 30, 2015, on schedule and to the complete satisfaction of our customer who advised that they would recommend both our crew as well as the RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Panel System.

The RIDGLOK® Insulated Panel System consisted of 0.024 stucco-embossed aluminum metal jacketing in white laminated to 1”of polyisocyanurate plus 2” of Fiberglass 8lb density insulation board with a total R-value of 14.7 using a straight cone roof system. The tank was a 45’ in diameter x 35’ in height, welded tank.

RIDGLOK® Insulation Systems MINIMIZE heat gain and REDUCES the load on the chillers or heaters to maintain consistent operating temperatures. Chemical tanks are insulated for OPTIMAL process control. Insulation of storage tanks REDUCES routine maintenance and PREVENTS energy waste and LOWERS fuel costs.
