Food & Beverage Processing | Flat Bolted Ground Wastewater Storage Tanks | RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System

MC&I designed, manufactured and installed the RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System on four (4) wastewater flat bolted ground storage tanks, located at the Dr. Pepper Snapple Bottling plant in Houston, TX.

Three of the Dr. Pepper Snapple Bottle wastewater storage tanks were 20.80’ in diameter x 33.52’ in height, flat bolted tanks, with cone roofs. The fourth wastewater tank was a 40’ in diameter x 32.29’ in height, flat bolted tank with a cone roof. All of the tanks were wastewater flat bolted storage tanks.

RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System installed on four (4) wastewater flat bolted ground storage tanks, located at the Dr. Pepper Snapple Bottling plant in Houston, TX. The storage tank insulation project was completed in January, 2013.

The RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System consisted of 0.024 stucco-embossed aluminum metal jacketing , in Mil color, laminated to 2”of polyisocyanurate insulation board (R-value of 13.1), using a straight pan roof system. All of the tanks had multiple piping brackets and accessories that required customized fitting of the insulation panels around each protrusion.
