Project Overview

MC&I designed, manufactured and installed the RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System on a flat bolted storage tank at a whole food supplement manufacturer located in Palmyra, WI.

The chimed bolted storage tank was 21.53′ diameter x 12.12′ high chimed bolted storage tank. The storage tank insulation project was completed in April 2013.

The RIDGLOK® Vertical Standing Seam Insulated Panel System consisted of 29 gauge painted steel metal jacketing in Forest Green, laminated to 3″ of polyisocyanurate insulation board (R-value of 20.3), using a straight roof system.
